Similarities and different about RASPBERRY Pi and Intel Core i7

Different



  • The Intel i7 architucture has a lot more sophisticated circuitry built into it than the ARM RISC system in the Raspberry Pi.
  • The ARM is about more slower than the Intel i7 about 5 - 25. The ratio of ARM to Intel Core i7 is 700MHz : 3.70 GHz.
  • The memory of Raspberry Pi is 512MB while the memory of Intel Core i5 is 500GB.  
  • Energy cost of an Intel i5 can easily draw 90 Watts, while the Raspberry Pi just 3.5 Watts.


Similarities



  •  Both have carry same function, which is be used as the processor in an individual desktop.
  •  both have USB portable.

    The reasons why we choose this laptop are :
    1. This laptop is using Inntel Core i7 as a processor which I think it is suitable for us as a student.
    2. The storage that given is quite big which 500GB, I think it enough to save a lot of assignment, notes, and so on.
    3. This laptop used application of window 7 which is more stable than windows 8 and being used world wide.
    4. The price is reasonable and we afford to buy it.
